Undoubtedly, this is one of our frequently asked questions. We need to know certain things to give you an accurate estimate:

• How many pages do you need?
• What is the website going to do (sell products, only inform visitors, showcase your talent, etc)?
• Do you already own a website?
• Would you want the ability to update it yourself?

Once you provide us that information, we will most certainly draw up an estimate for you.

It’s your choice. If you would like to update your website yourself, you will want to look into our “Content Management System” Package, which includes a platform for you to update your site.
If you don’t want to bother dealing with the maintenance of your site, we offer two maintenance plans – retainer and a la carte. A “retainer” is a monthly fee for unlimited updates. Portnfolio plan is like a pay-as-you-go thing, where you order an update, we perform it, and then bill you quarterly for time served.

You’re in luck. We offer a risk-free guarantee. Before we build your new website, we’ll design a mockup of your homepage by creating a layout in Photoshop first. That way, you’ll get to see our initial designs within approximately ten days. It will be an opportunity to give us your valuable feedback, and if you don’t like it, you don’t have to move forward. The best part is, this won’t cost you anything.

Before we begin working together, we’ll usually have an initial chat on the phone or via Skype to discuss the project. Once we get started, most of the communication will take place over email.
It makes the process a lot easier as we’ll have all of the information saved and can come back to it later. Once we’ve finished the project, we will book your 1-hour digital marketing training session.

SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer and is a security protocol to enable you to access a website securely. When you access a site that has SSL you will notice that the web address begins https:// rather than https:// (note the additional “s”). This means your interaction with that website is encrypted and the information you enter can’t be stolen by hackers.
Google sees websites that use https:// as safe and the use of https may boost the ranking of your website over a nonsecure website. As of January 2017, Google has started differentiating between those websites that are secure and those that aren’t secure in their Chrome browser. You may see either the word “secure” or an “I” at the start of the web address. Users will have more confidence in clicking on your site if it is secure.

UX is short for user experience.
When designing a website it is very important to consider the user’s experience on the website.
Enjoyable user experience will ensure that user potentially returns, buys, or recommends the website.
Bad user experience means it’s highly unlikely that the user will progress further on a website and leave very quickly. When designing a website, we make sure we understand the needs of your website users before creating the design and considering the look, the layout, the content, the functionality, the interaction, and how it all works together.

Hosting services range from $9 per month to $49 per month, depending on your needs. If you want a “secure server” where you are the only website on a private hosting server all to yourself, that gets expensive. Most times this is never necessary.

You will own the domain. We will register the domain in your name and address and it belongs to you. This means you have ultimate control over it.

Web “designers” are people who design and build a website. They’re more of the creative brain. A “programmer” is someone who writes code (they love numbers and math). Complicated, more interactive websites need both. Programmers and designers work together very often on projects. Think of the Programmer as the guy who builds the engine of a car, and the Designer as the guy who builds the body and makes it pretty

We have excellent designers and can do a ground-up, beautiful, fully custom website to bring your vision to life. Since custom websites are very expensive, though, we have a library of pre-existing layouts that we can customize to give your company a distinctive look while keeping the costs manageable. In either case, our content management system (CMS), leads management system, and other features are integrated with your new website.

Yes. Your website will be fully responsive and will look great on all devices. We don’t charge extra for this. It comes as standard.

You can have an unlimited amount of pages on your website. We will usually design you 3 pages layouts i.e. A homepage, a blog page an inner page e.g. your about page. You can then use whichever layout you want for each new page you want to add.
